Terms & Conditions

Whilst we take care to ensure that the product description and details are correct at the time of entry on to the website we reserve the right to refuse orders where the product is no longer available.

All orders are accepted under these terms and conditions alone.

PRICE.
All our prices charged are the ruling at the date of acceptance of the order from buyer and are charged nett exclusive of value added tax unless other wise stated.
The company reserves the right at any time prior to delivery of the goods to adjust the price to take account of any increase to the cost of taxes.

PAYMENT.
We accept payment by credit card (except American Express) via a secure payment gateway.
All items are dispatched, within two to three working days of receipt of payment.
As an additional option we do next day delivery at a separate rate of payment.

DELIVERY.
All items quoted for delivery shall be delivered to the buyers address or if different, specified on the buyers order.
The company shall be responsible for the delivery of goods to the delivery address, but the cost of such delivery, packing and insurance will be charged to the buyer.

The company shall not be liable for any failure to deliver the goods arising from circumstances would be: Act of god, war, riot, explosions, abnormal weather conditions, fire, floods, strikes or delay by suppliers.
Shall the company be prevented from delivering in the above circumstances, it shall give the buyer written notice of this fact as soon as practicable.

ORDERS.
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to theses terms and conditions.

By placing an order via the website you are making an offer to Crown Jewells to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms and conditions described in your order.

Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received, but this is not confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and Crown Jewells for the sale of the product will only exist once an order has been accepted processed and dispatched to you.

Once your order has been dispatched, the completion of the contract between you and Crown Jewells takes place.
If we cannot fulfil any obligation due to the following reasons you will be contacted by our customer services representatives either by E mail or phone.

    The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
    Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
    The identification of a pricing or product description error.
    Customers who fail to read any order criteria set out in the terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to reject any offer or purchase by you at any time. We will take all reasonable care in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part. We cannot, however be held liable for loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing an order from the website.

We reserve the right to withdraw products at anytime and all products subject to availability.

After an order as been placed you will receive an acknowledgement E mail from us.

RETURN POLICY.
Please note we operate a no returns or exchange policy unless product is faulty or damaged in some way. Despite our best efforts due to the nature of the product some items may suffer from faulty components. Please return any faulty product within seven days of purchase. The seal must be intact, if seal is broken no returns will be accepted.

Due to health and hygiene reasons earring returns is not permitted under any circumstances.
